THE BEST DIGITAL MARKETING TOOLS TO GROW YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS

In this article we discuss all about marketing tools that you should be using on your website or to just market your business, so I really want to get thoughts on this for all of you.

Now before I give yog a list of the tools that I use and what you need for digital marketing I want to tell you one little thing that's really important, what pisses me off more than anything else is that everyone's like what's the Latest Gadget or tool in marketing? Oh this one shares better, this one makes my life easier when it comes to social traffic, don't really care about all these tools  are you doing anything with the tools? Are you taking action? Are you improving your website  use Google analytics that's tool everyone has and I will include in my list.

But if you don't take an action based on what the tools is telling you, it's useless at the point there's not even a point in using the tools, you get what I mean now, so I was just gonna say if you're guilty of just downloading the latest tools and spending an hour and thinking that you're actually doing work by doing that you have to read this article until end.

I know I have been guilty of that you just download the latest tool and it's just cool and you think you're doing something productive but it's just a waste of time yes, or you can just like the article if you're using tools and you don't actually take any action, at least own me that I would appreciate that, so let's get into some tools.

1. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This is the first tools that you guys should use, because it tracks your visitors count if you have a lot of traffic they will sample the data unless you lay like a hundred or hundred fifty grand what ever Their pride is per year, Google analytics will show you how people are engaging throughout your site and what traffic sources are causing most conversations.

Don't optimise for traffic, optimise for traffic that cause conversion, who cares about this? Iam not saying south by southwest is shot conference or anything like that but who cares about a post about south by shout waste? No one's going to read that content and convert into customer that's useless peice of content, delete it, it's not about having a lot of traffic it's about having relevant traffic cause conversions.

Google analytics shows you that as long as you set up goal and conversion tracking it's that simple using Google analytics and you don't have goal and conversion tracking set up there's no point in even using it, just stop it you wasting time then so at least set that up.

2. UBERSUGGEST

The second Tool I have for you is ubersuggest, if you are gonna want to get rankings you are gonna want more search traffic it's the most consistent traffic that you will get yes, social media traffic is easier and quicker to get but Google's algorithm updates aren't as crazy as Facebook's, it will not be where one day you are getting 300,000 visitors from Facebook organic reach and the next day you are getting 10,000 visitors.

Google organic traffic is very very consistent so use ubersuggest, type In the keywords that you're getting traffic from already that are driving conversions and it will show you more that you could be going after from Paid prespective and organic perspective that will help boost your overall conversations and sales.

3.GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE

This is The third tool I have for you we love doing this internally where we take Google search console we log in we look at all posts, How many Impressions They get How many Clicks They get and the Click Through rate, We look for the Posts that get less than a five percent click Through Rate, We Look at all the keywords that were getting Impression from That Post and Then We Integrate those keywords into that blog post or that landing page and we rewrite that content.

We write it to encompass all the relevant keywords and make it two, three, four, five, or six more in depth if you look at one of the posts on the nidaamtech blog about Instagram, followers and just scoring your total Instagram follower account but by making it longer, we now have a piece of content that went up from around 8,000 views a month to currently a bit over 15,000 views a month, and we don't just rewrite any post we use the Google search console data to look at click through rate

And addition to that, we double check and make sure those URLs are driving conversions based off the Google analytics data, so when you combine them both at least you're focusing on increasing the traffic from blog posts that drive sales that's really people forget.

4. CRAZYEGG

This shows me how people are engaging with my website, how far they're scrolling, where they are clicking, it allows me to take that data and with crazyegg you don't have to be a developer you don't have to be designer, you can adjust your page and run A/B tests to maximise your sales, because it's not just about getting traffic it's about about converting those visitors into conversions.

5. SUBSCRIBERS

Another tool that I love well using is called subscribers, it's through push notification people will come through to your website but they don't come back so what this does is assuming you're using HTTPS if you're not share them, it also works if you don't hace Https that's SSL certificate either way it works, but make sure switch over to Https.

What It does Is it Puts a little Browser Notification When People Come to Your Site and gets Them to Subscribe Without being Obtrusive, It does it all within the browser, they subscribe and then anytime you have new blog post or content pieces, you push it out it come back your site and the you start converting more and you're generating more leads and more sales and it's a great way to get people to come back.
