And you are going to want to creat a solution for them inside of that lead magnet so really you are focus on solving their their problems now when trying to come up with what lead magnet you going to do, make sure that you are consumer focused realtor focus because a lot of the things that we think will be valuable to the customer is not actually what they have their mind.
3. CONSIDER GOING NICHE
